Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Autism and/or other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, ABA or PA Behavior Specialist License.
• FBA training with post-test certification, or willingness to complete during application process.
• Valid driver's license with vehicle insurance and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Observe the participant in various settings; collaborate with family and team to develop and implement a positive behavior support plan.
• Complete FBAs by conducting comprehensive functional assessments of participant's issues.
• Conduct training related to behavior support plan implementation with staff, participant, family, and caretakers.
• Complete paperwork related to data collection, progress reports, and planning material.
