Starting at $21/hour up to $26.50/hour pending higher education and experience in the field

Provides behavior management support to individuals in an Elementary school setting (grades K-2). Carries out specific interventions that are developed by the Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Transfers skills to individuals’s natural support in the least restrictive environment. Supports teachers and staff in managing student behaviors, serves as an exemplar to staff and ensures efficient communication between the school, Devereux, and school district representatives.
Schedule: M-F: 8:15am - 3:45pm: This position is aligned with the school calendar and is a full-time role covering a 10-month period and opportunites for extended school year program in summer break.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Drivers License Required
High School Diploma or GED required
RBT Certification required or ability to obtain RBT within first 60 days of employment
At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents with behavior challenges preferred.
Requires strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and technology skills. Must be adaptable to changing workload, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel), experience with data collection/analyzing platforms.
Ability to meet 100% mastery of district safety techniques.
