Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a school-based Behavior Support Specialist to provide services within a local school district. This role offers a W2 arrangement with weekly pay, benefits, and PTO, plus access to clinical support from our Behavioral Health Director and opportunities for mentorship from Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS include at least one year of school-based experience with developmentally diverse children, a Master’s in ABA or related field, ABA

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience working with children or adolescents with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders in a school-based setting.
• Master’s in ABA or related behavioral field
• Experience in applied behavior analysis highly preferred
• Crisis Intervention training preferred
• Able to problem solve and work effectively with others
• Valid DE driver’s license and reliable transportation
