Qualifications

• Equivalent to twelfth grade is required.
• Two years as a Behavior Support Assistant or FCUSD experience is preferred.
• Training in autism spectrum disorder and/or applied behavior analysis.
• Must obtain and maintain district-approved crisis intervention training.
• Complete training and use non-violent behavior interventions and emergency interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with behavioral intervention and adaptive functioning for students.
• Oversee behavior management policies and develop behavior assessments.
• Supervise students and instructional tasks in school settings.
• Travel district-wide itinerant role requiring transportation and meetings.
