Bridge Community Development Center Mississippi in Greenville, MS is seeking a compassionate Behavior Personal Care Assistant to provide daily personal care and behavioral support. You will implement BIPs under supervision, assist with ADLs, and help clients participate in community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; psychology/social work/human services coursework preferred.
• Experience with individuals with behavioral or developmental needs is preferred.
• Familiarity with behavior plans and ABA concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and behavioral support to individuals with developmental or intellectual needs.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under supervision.
• Assist with ADLs including hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Monitor and document behavioral changes, progress, and incidents accurately.
• Apply positive reinforcement and ABA techniques to support skill development.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments and activities daily.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team to support client goals.
