City of Virginia Beach Department of Human Services seeks a Shift Leader to supervise staff in an ICF/ID Residential setting at Indian River ICF, Developmental Services Division. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate medical transit and staffing, and ensure medication processes are followed for client safety.

Leading 10 clients under an Individual Program Plan, you’ll report findings and support staff training, with focus on human rights, documentation, and crisis defusing.

Qualifikationen

• Requires any combination of education and/or experience equivalent to four (4) years in fields utilizing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities such as sociology, psychology, or special education.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
• May be required to qualify as Qualified Mental Health Professional or related designation as required by the program.
