Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills using play and evidence-based strategies. Sessions occur at homes, centers, or in the community, bringing energy and compassion to every interaction.

No prior experience is required as we provide paid training and a clear growth pathway, including tuition reimbursement to support your degree.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Vaccinations proof required (CA mandate).
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Provide sessions at a child’s home, center, or in the community.
