Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring for an entry-level role in Monterey Park, CA. You will use play-based, evidence-informed strategies to help children build essential communication and social skills, in homes, centers, or community settings.

Training is provided with paid coaching and a clear growth pathway toward degrees and leadership, plus a tuition-reimbursement program and flexible scheduling to support learning and development.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Comfort with frequent sitting/standing and pacing with clients.

Responsibilities
