Merakey is seeking a full-time Behavior Specialist to join the Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team near the Penn Hills, PA location. Earn $29.99/hour and help individuals with BH and IDD diagnoses under supervision by the Program Director and Psychiatrist.

The role includes supervising non-clinical staff and supporting licensure efforts, with benefits like tuition reimbursement, supervision hours, and mileage reimbursement. A PA driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis or another health and human service-related field required.
• Licensed in PA or licensure eligible as a Behavior Specialist (LBS), LMFT, LSW, LCSW, LPC or BCBA.
• Experience in the behavioral health field with individuals with mental health/IDD is preferred.
• Valid PA Driver's License required.

• Assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
• Supervise non-clinical staff under clinical supervision.
