Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or HS diploma/GED with 1 year experience in behavior management required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Background checks including CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing/certification checks may be required.
• Valid US driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of behavior plans and data collection systems.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure proper utilization of plans and guidance.
