Job summary

Jump Ahead Pediatrics in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based role near Woolwich. You will perform functional assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and support students and families.

The role offers competitive compensation at $70-$80 per hour, with hours 7:30 am–2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and opportunities for growth within the company across state-wide and nationwide positions.

Qualifications

• NJ BCBA license required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive supports.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
