Job summary

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time school-based position near Woolwich, New Jersey. Competitive pay at $70–$80 per hour with hours 7:30 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, serving middle and high school students.

The role emphasizes functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, staff supervision, and data-driven adjustments. NJ BCBA license and 1–2 years in a school setting are required, with statewide and nationwide

Responsibilities

• Assessment and Intervention: conduct functional behavior assessments and develop IEP-aligned behavior intervention plans.
