Full Job Description: Behavior Specialist

Purpose

Assists building administration in planning, implementing, and assessing the schoolwide student management program, contributing to a positive school culture and climate.

Minimum Requirements
  • Valid Oregon Teaching License required
  • Experience with or knowledge of Common Core State Standards and instructional best practices desired
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience analyzing student data preferred
  • Three years of teaching or counseling experience

Salary (prorated based on FTE): $50,011 – $98,436 (subject to change)
