St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join its Behavioral Health team in Boise. You will conduct assessments, monitor treatment plans, and train staff and families to implement care plans.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience, plus BCaBA and a current BLS certification. The position emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-focused care within a supportive hospital environment.

• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Will conduct assessments, develop and provide ongoing evaluation and monitoring of individualized behavior plans, provide training to staff on best practices, participate in case conferences, and collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Will participate on the patient’s care team helping guide and direct appropriate levels of care.
• Support coordinating, scheduling, communicating and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations and plan for patients.
• Provide training to family, caregivers and support staff on care plan.
• Develop, monitor and adjust strategies for treatment plan as needed.
• Full Time, weekday schedule.
