Intercare Therapy in Culver City, CA is seeking a Behavioral Program Manager - ABA (MA required) to lead clinical programs and supervise field staff.

The role requires driving, strong communication, and dedication to evidence-based interventions for children with autism. We offer a sign-on bonus and competitive hourly compensation with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA preferred or in progress.
• Strong ABA and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and time management.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite case supervisor and program leader.
• Develop and oversee clinical ABA programs.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and provide training.
• Educate client caregivers and staff.
• Travel 30–60 miles daily for field visits.
• Supervise sessions 8 AM–6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekends.

Compensation: $26 - $32 Per Hour

Job Description

Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. We love what we do, and we are seeking Behavioral Program Managerswho share our passion for improving the lives of children and families affected by autism.

A Behavioral Health or (ABA) Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs and providing education and training for client caregivers. You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day, and able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.
