Job summary

Qualifications

  • Valid Washington state teaching license in Special Education is required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with behavioral challenges.
  • Experience implementing PBIS and ABA principles.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a new behavior support program.
  • Provide direct instruction to students with IEPs.
  • Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans.

Skills

Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
Experience coaching or mentoring paraprofessionals
Demonstrated experience working with students with behavioral challenges

Education

Valid Washington state teaching license/certification in Special Education
Graduate coursework or endorsement in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
