Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in special education with students with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Experience implementing PBIS or other positive behavior intervention programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior intervention and management training to high school staff.
• Collect, analyze and report behavior data; monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Maintain documentation and records; enforce relevant policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with school social workers and participate in the behavior management team.
