Sevita's Mentor South Bay seeks a Behavior Management Monitor to provide in-home behavioral services for youth and families in Massachusetts. You will collaborate with a Masters level Behavior Management Therapist and a Clinician to implement treatment plans and conduct FBAs, with scheduling Mon-Fri day and after-school hours.
Responsibilities include delivering therapy, monitoring progress, documenting visits, and coordinating with families and clinicians.
Mentor South Bay, provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. The Behavior Management Monitor role provides community-based behavioral therapeutic services to youth and families. Working closely with the Behavior Management Therapist, and the support and guidance of a qualified Clinician, we aim to assist the youth and family in achieving the goals set forth in the treatment plan and functional behavioral assessments (FBA) of youth. This position is Monday-Friday, day and after school hours.
