Work hours: 5 days per week, hours based on student need
To provide instructional, behavioral, personal care, and social-emotional support to elementary students with cognitive impairments and related disabilities. The Behavior Management Assistant works under the direction of the classroom teacher and related service providers to support student participation in educational activities, implementation of behavior intervention plans, development of independence, and access to the general education environment whenever appropriate.
Class I – 5-7 hours per day based on student need
Entrance Level: $13.98 Maximum level: $16.28
