Job summary

Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis is seeking part-time Behavior Interventionists to work in the Roseville, CA area. You will work one-on-one with children with disabilities, helping them develop play, language, self-care and cognitive skills, while maintaining a positive, engaging approach.

Responsibilities include traveling to client homes and schools, engaging in fun, dynamic activities, and documenting progress. Paid training, career growth, and regular supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Reliability and dedication to working daily with clients at school or home.
• Ability to work in both live and internet-based settings.
• Willingness to drive to clients' homes and schools.
• Prefer Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with disabilities, one-on-one, helping them learn play, language, self-care, and cognitive skills.
• Assist in teaching children through play and structured activities.
• Engage with families and coordinate transportation to client locations.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to support child development goals.
