Job summary

ABC is hiring behavior technicians to work within public schools providing 1:1 support to identified students. We offer training in de-escalation and physical management, behavioral supports and data collection, and opportunities for educational and professional growth.

Employment runs during the school year with limited summer hours; convenient daily hours are 7:00-2:25 or 8:30-3:30, and the starting hourly rate is between $19.00–$20.00 per hour. Health insurance is not provided at this time.

Qualifications

• In-school ABA services to children, families and teachers.

We are dedicated to providing evidenced based support in order to increase appropriate social behavior and ensure positive life experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities, educational teams and families. We strive to accomplish this through individual evaluations, classroom consultation, direct services, intensive data collection and individualized training. Our overall goal is to improve the quality of our clients lives and those surrounding them. ABC is hiring behavior technicians to work within public schools providing 1:1 support to identified students. We are also looking for staff interested in facilitating after school, small social groups along side our clinical staff.

ABC will provide the following

• Starting hourly rate between 19.00- 20.00per hour for those entering the field *experience is discussed during the first interview.

**A clear BCI is required
