One of our clients is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) for rewarding opportunities in the Delaware County, Chester County, Montgomery County, and Lancaster areas. Home and Community Hours. Earn up to $26/hour

Summary of Client's Description of This Opportunity

As a BHT, you will provide critical one-on-one, behavior-based interventions in school, home, and community settings. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering interventions as outlined in the treatment plan with precision and professionalism.
  2. Documenting progress through written clinical notes for each client encounter.
  3. Participating in required weekly supervisions to ensure high-quality care.
Client's Required Skills & Experience

To qualify, you must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of experience
  • RBT training (40 hours)
  • Safety Care Trained

Additionally, candidates must:

  • Complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal background checks.
  • Provide current health documents, including a physical exam, TB test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic environments.
