SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTON OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
As a BHT, you will provide critical one-on-one, behavior-based interventions in school, home and community settings. You will:
*Deliver interventions as outlined in the treatment plan with precision and professionalism.
*Document progress through written clinical notes for each client encounter.
*Participate in required weekly supervisions to ensure high-quality care.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To qualify, you must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* One year experience
* RBT training 40 hours
* Safety Care Trained
Additionally, candidates must:
*Complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
*Provide current health documents, including a physical exam, TB test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification.
*Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic environments.
