Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare is hiring a Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in the Lancaster, PA area. The role offers 30 hours per week guaranteed, with paid training and mileage reimbursement for travel between service locations.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA under BCBA supervision, working one-on-one with clients in clinic, home, or school settings, and collaborating with families to support communication and independent living skills. Travel to multiple sites is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.

As a Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you will:

• Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school setting, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create meaningful change.
• Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
• Follow treatment plan and educate others about ABA interventions.
• Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.
  

Working Conditions:

• Local travel (20% estimated) during business hours (7 AM - 7 PM).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
