NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BHT) in the Chester, PA area. You will work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, or school settings, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis under BCBA supervision to foster meaningful change.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school setting, implementing ABA under supervision of BCBA to create meaningful change.
• Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
• Follow treatment plan and educate others about ABA interventions.
• Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.

As a Full Time Behavior Technician (BHT), You Will

• Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.

• Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.

Position Qualifications For a Behavior Technician (BHT)

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Due to the location and operational requirements of this position, employees assigned to this worksite must have regular access to a reliable motor vehicle during their scheduled work hours.

Working Conditions

• Local travel (80% estimated) during business hours (8 AM - 6 PM).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
