Job summary

Kidology, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) to join our Philadelphia area team.

You will work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, and community settings, applying play-based, family-centered strategies to build communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills. As a BHT/RBT, you will collaborate with families and clinical teams, implement BCBA-designed behavior plans, track progress, and contribute to meaningful outcomes across Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • RBT certification (or willingness to complete training).
  • Experience with children preferred.
  • Transportation for travel throughout the region.
  • PTO, 401(k), sign-on bonus for certified RBTs.
  • Guaranteed pay option for eligible full-time staff (including certain cancellations).
  • Ongoing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
