Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Creedmoor, NC is hiring 2nd Shift Part-Time Weekend Behavior Health Technicians to support adults with brain injuries in residential programs. You will provide direct care, implement behavioral plans, and help residents with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

• Weekend availability for 2nd shift is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements behavioral training and documents data.
• Provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback daily.
• Assist residents with ADLs and participate in activities.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Complete daily documentation and incident reports.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.

For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

We are searching for 2nd Shift Part-Time Weekend Behavior Health Techs to work in our residential programs located in Creedmoor, NC. Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges as a result of brain injury.

Duties

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation
• Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis
• Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)
