Job summary

Benchmark Human Services in Indiana seeks a qualified professional to join our multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on delivering behavioral health services, documenting interventions, and coordinating with clients and staff to support independence and community inclusion.

Responsibilities include monitoring, assessment, intervention, data collection, and attending client meetings and psychiatric appointments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an applied Health Services field (psychology, special education, social work, or counseling).
• 1 year experience as an independent contractor.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience as a Behavior Consultant or BCBA.
• Able to work independently.

• Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided.
• Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports and proactive strategies.
• Maintain billable criteria.
• Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding client skills and needs.
• Collect program-specific information including key data points.
• Complete functional assessments annually and as needed.
• Attend client-specific meetings and psychiatric appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided
• Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports, proactive strategies, triggers, staff interventions, replacement behaviors, etc.
• Maintain billable criteria
• Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served.
• Maintain system for collecting program specific information including key data points.
• Complete functional assessments annually and as needed.
• Attend all client specific meetings as directed.
• Attend client psychiatric appointments and inpatient psychiatric discharge meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in an applied Health Services area of Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or Counseling.
• 1 year experience working as an independent contractor
• Valid driver's license
• Experience as a Behavior Consultant or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Able to work independently
