Summary:
At the Barber National Institute, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing high-quality behavioral health services. As a Behavior Consultant, you will address the behavioral health needs of children and adolescents, conducting behavioral assessments—including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)—to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and other community providers to ensure a comprehensive, team-based approach to each child’s progress.
