Job summary

Behavioral Concepts is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our team as a Behavior Consultant. This role is offered as part-time or full-time, with compensation on an hourly basis and opportunities for growth within LEARN Behavioral.

You will oversee clinical supervision for your team, mentor BTs, write reports, and conduct trainings for families. Our program focuses on assent-based, person-centered ABA therapy for children with autism.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • BCBA certification or licensure as required.
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
  • Treat client safety as a top priority.
  • Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction.
  • Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
  • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
  • Ensure directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately.

BCI is hiring a Behavior Consultant (BCBA) to join them in providing high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. What You Have
  • Master’s degree or higher
  • Minimum two years of experience as a BCBA
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
