Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

Overview/Purpose:

The Behavior Consultant works within a team of professionals to provide applied behavior analytic assessments and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. The Behavior Consultant provides consultation, conducts behavioral evaluations of clients, and designs behavior and individual support plans for clients. The Behavior Analyst educates, observes, assesses, and ensures that the educational activities and service delivery of Behavior Technicians are completed as required. For a more detail list of duties and responsibilities, refer to job description. The position is M-F during daytime hours on a school calendar within Early Intervention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of The Director of Behavior Services the Behavior Consultant is responsible for ongoing client program development and oversight including skills acquisition and social skills programs and positive behavior supports and strategies.
• Developsindividualizedgoalsandobjectivesforhome,community,andschool-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
• Ensuresappropriatebehaviordatasystemsareimplementedsuchthatquantifiablebehavioral data is collected atregular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation ofbehavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
• Conductsregularcaregiverand/orteachertrainingandconsultationforclientcaseload.
• Collaborates with classroom teachers, parents, psychologists, social workers, and other medicalandschoolstafftodevelopandimplementclient’sbehaviorplansandtreatmentgoals.
• Completes all progress reports and annual IEP updates as required by stakeholders.
• AttendsallIEPandteammeetingsasnecessary.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis orMaster’sinarelatedfieldwithapostmasters BACB course sequence.
• Licensed as a Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania
• A Minimum of3yearsofexperienceworkingwithinbehavioranalysis.
• Thispositionalsorequiresavaliddrivers’licenseasthedutiesinvolvetravelingonbehalfof the company. As such this is a safety sensitive position.
