Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a part-time Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for youths aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs), and coordinate with families, educators, and other providers to implement evidence-based ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist or BCBA or graduate-level ABA certification.
• Graduate degree in ABA or in psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• Eligibility to obtain PA Clearances (Criminal, Child Abuse, FBI) and related licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify target behaviors and develop ITPs with input from families and providers.
• Lead and monitor ITP implementation with regular updates and documentation.
• Deliver ABA-aligned interventions under supervision of licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist
• Certified as a BCBA or hold a graduate‑level certification in behavior analysis
• Hold a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling, and either:

• One (1) year of full‑time experience in mental health direct services with children/youth
• Completed a clinical or mental health practicum

• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
• Licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, CRNP, or similar with scope to oversee ABA services
