Job summary

Clarvida in Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to deliver in-community behavioral health services for youth aged 2–21. You will conduct assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• Must be BCBA-certified or hold a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Must hold a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Must hold a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with either 1 year of mental health direct services for youth or a clinical practicum.
• Must be able to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse and FBI clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/Psychologist/Behavior Specialist/CRNP or equivalent) is required.

About The Role

We’re hiring a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team, providing in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21. As a Behavioral Consultant, you’ll lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).
