Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Behavior Consultant to join our mission-driven nonprofit team in Allentown, PA. You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop and implement intervention plans, and collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to improve outcomes for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in a related field, BCBA certification preferred, at least five years of experience, and strong data-driven

  • Minimum of five years of experience in behavior analysis or similar.
  • BCBA certification preferred.
  • Proficient with assessment tools and data collection methods.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and transportation.

Responsibilities
