Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Roles offer part-time scheduling with potential growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

Roles include comprehensive training to become an RBT, with a career growth pathway and support for advancement within PBS. A family-focused, growth-minded environment is emphasized across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Must be able to active engage clients during sessions.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
