Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Texas, with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads increase. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans and tracking progress using PBS tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, sit and stand unassisted, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• There is a duplicate requirement to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
