Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism using ABA strategies.

Roles offer mentorship, complimentary RBT training, and opportunities to advance as caseloads expand. Beneficiaries include flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, bonuses, holiday pay, and a clear growth pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education or related field considered a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and adapt activities to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
