Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBT roles in New Jersey. Flexible scheduling and part-time opportunities allow growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS trains you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with complimentary 40-hour training and offers travel reimbursement where applicable. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance for 30+ hours per week, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Able to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
