Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in New Jersey. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, applying ABA strategies and collecting progress data.

We offer flexible scheduling, a pathway to RBT certification, paid training, travel reimbursement where needed, and comprehensive benefits for 30+ hours per week, including retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist client mobility.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field a plus.
• Excellent engagement with children and families during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
