Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in the United States (NJ) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism under BCBA supervision. Roles offer complimentary 40-hour RBT training, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and opportunities to advance from Behavior Assistant to RBT.

Active engagement, data collection, and collaboration with families are core duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS in psychology or education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
