Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Berwyn, IL. Part-time opportunities with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and accessing training to become an RBT. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a benefit package after 30+ hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
