Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking part-time Behavior Assistants and RBT-eligible technicians to support children with autism using ABA strategies. You will work 1:1 under the supervision of a BCBA, implement treatment plans, and collect data to track progress.

Roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with paid training and mileage reimbursement where applicable. Flexible scheduling and holiday pay accompany a quarterly bonus for part-time hours.

Formación

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Able to engage children during sessions and follow BCBA-trainer plans.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.

Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
