Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in Georgia.

Part‑time roles offer a clear growth path into full‑time positions as caseloads expand, with paid training to become an RBT and ongoing professional development. As a BA or RBT, you will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to support

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
