Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part‑time roles with growth potential.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA approaches under supervision, and you can enroll in complimentary training to become an RBT while you progress in this supportive environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness may be required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs.
