Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Florida is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

As a Behavior Assistant, you will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA, receive complimentary RBT training, and pursue advancement to an RBT. Flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and benefits for 30+ hours.

Formación

• High school diploma is required; a higher degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record progress data using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend supervised sessions, meetings, and ongoing training.

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs
