Job summary

PBS in Florida is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Part-time roles offer growth potential as caseloads expand, with mentoring and opportunities to advance within the organization.

You can enroll in complimentary RBT training, pursue a career path to become an RBT, and benefit from flexible scheduling, a quarterly bonus, travel reimbursement, and health coverage for 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
