Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles in Florida. As caseloads grow, positions offer growth into full-time and a clear pathway to certification.

Formación

• High school diploma required or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Active engagement with clients during sessions; ability to sit on the floor and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
