Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Santa Clarita is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and registered behavior technicians (RBT). Part‑time roles offer growth to full‑time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is advantageous.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
