Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs in Murrieta, CA. Part-time roles offer potential to transition to full‑time as caseloads grow, with paid training and a structured growth path.

We provide 40‑hour RBT training, mentoring, and local travel where required; competitive pay with annual raises, quarterly bonuses, and benefits once eligibility criteria are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BCBA pathways available a plus.
• Active engagement with clients during sessions; lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology/education is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
