Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking motivated individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in California. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized ABA plans and recording progress with PBS tools.

The roles offer pathways to becoming an RBT, a supportive training program, travel opportunities as needed, and a comprehensive benefits suite including medical, dental, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
